The listing form is where you’ll input all the information we need in order to list your home for sale.
Complete our online form to kick off the process of listing your home - once you submit your completed listing form, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule a date and time for a photo-shoot & VR Tour of your home.

Get Your
Home Show-Ready
Once we’ve scheduled your photo-shoot day, you’ll have enough time to make sure your home is ready for it's big debut. Our professional photographer will capture the essence of your beautiful home from all the right angles.
The Matterport® Virtual Tour, floor plan, and professional photos will guarantee that you have all the visual assets needed for your home to stand out.
As soon as we’ve covered all listing bases, we'll also place a lock-box on premises so that your home is officially ready for showings!

Perfect Debut
At this point your home will make it’s official debut - it will be marketed to thousands of home buyers and investors. Before your home is live, you’ll be assigned a listing agent who will guide you every step of the way.
You'll instantly be notified of every showing request and can adjust your showings schedule and preferences at anytime.

You'll instantly be notified each time an offer comes in; you’ll be able to review offers digitally and, as always, we’ll be there to guide, advise and provide answers to all your questions.

Do you replace my real estate agent?
Yes. We assign you a dedicated listing agent that provides all the services traditional agents do, such as answering your call, editing your listing, and helping you make a decision once an offer is received.
If you're already working with an agent but want to use our service and receive our 1% listing fee, you'll need to end your existing agent relationship to avoid potential conflicts. This is not intended to solicit buyers currently under contract with a brokerage.
What areas do you serve?

Surprisingly, there is no catch here.
It's simple, you determine the price, get your home ready for photos and we take care of listing your home and sending over the offers that come in. So you should be saving money for your efforts. It's a win-win situation.
