Once we’ve scheduled your photo-shoot day, you’ll have enough time to make sure your home is ready for it's big debut. Our professional photographer will capture the essence of your beautiful home from all the right angles.

Do you replace my real estate agent?

Yes. We assign you a dedicated listing agent that provides all the services traditional agents do, such as answering your call, editing your listing, and helping you make a decision once an offer is received.

If you're already working with an agent but want to use our service and receive our 1% listing fee, you'll need to end your existing agent relationship to avoid potential conflicts. This is not intended to solicit buyers currently under contract with a brokerage.

What areas do you serve?

We are currently servicing the Greater Toronto Area but are expanding into other areas.
